The FaKouri family has been a long-standing construction name in the Baton Rouge area since 1958 and was founded by Jerry E. Nick FaKouri is the principal behind Tower Capital Corporation. Nick has been a successful entrepreneur in commercial and residential real estate since 1977. Just a couple of his most recent projects include Cornerstone Subdivision off Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge and Rock Creek, Phase 7, in Fairhope, Alabama.

Together they have built million dollar homes in Sandestin, Florida and are currently developing Audubon Point Subdivision near Destin, Florida. Audubon Point is a 66 lot subdivision with prices starting around a quarter of a million dollars.
