Nick and Jerry FaKouri, Jr.
FaKouri has been a long-standing construction name in the Baton Rouge community. The original company was founded in 1958 by Jerry E. FaKouri, Sr. His dedication to quality and workmanship has been instilled in his sons. Their approach to business and building is unique. What sets the FaKouris apart are the relationships formed with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers, as well.
Jerry E. FaKouri, Jr. has been building quality homes since the 1970’s. His business, FaKouri Construction, Inc., encompasses a broad spectrum from spec homes to million dollar custom homes, along with commercial buildings, too. He has been featured in Builder/Architect magazine, Southeast Louisiana Edition and is well-respected in this area.
Nick FaKouri is the principal behind Tower Capital Corporation. Nick has been a successful entrepreneur in residential and commercial real estate since his graduation from Louisiana State University in 1977. His previous projects include: Cornerstone Subdivision located off of Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge and Rock Creek Subdivision, Phase 7, which is located in Fairhope, Alabama. Nick’s most recent projects include: Sportsman’s Park, a retail development anchored by Cabela’s; Zachary Commercial Park; O’Neal Lane apartment and retail complex; and coming soon, Hidden Grove, a 52 lot residential subdivision located on Coursey Boulevard just east of Sherwood Forest Boulevard. Also, Nick is currently partnered with Romair Construction building lavish coastal homes in Watercolor, Florida.
Jerry and Nick’s joint projects have included upscale homes in Sandestin, Florida, and the development of Audubon Point just east of Destin, Florida. Audubon Point is a 66 lot subdivision with home prices starting in the mid $300’s.
